National Family Caregiver Month

About the campaign
About the program
November 2025 marks National Family Caregivers Month, and we’re highlighting The Balancing Act of Care — the constant juggle caregivers take on as they balance work, family, and the emotional weight of supporting loved ones. Behind every professional title may be someone navigating medical appointments, household logistics, and the invisible labor of care on top of their day-to-day responsibilities.
Employers have the opportunity to make that balancing act a little lighter. By recognizing and supporting caregivers, you can help ensure your team members aren’t silently struggling, but instead feel seen, valued, and equipped with resources to thrive. This toolkit is designed to help you mark this important month while also underscoring that caregiving is a year-round commitment that deserves ongoing recognition and care.
