name, email, and password. If you are unsure of your employer's dedicated Wellthy landing page please contact HR or send an email to partnerships@wellthy.com.
Tell us a bit more about who you're caring for and what's going on. Using this info, we'll do our best to automatically assign you to a Care Coordinator. If we can't assign you a Care Coordinator right away, we'll get you assigned within 24 hours
We highly recommend you schedule some time to have a kick-off call with your Care Coordinator so you can get to know each other a bit better, but if you prefer to just message in the platform, that's OK too!
