Balancing care across generations

About the campaign
About the program
Many employees are balancing care for both children and aging parents. The demands of multigenerational caregiving can be overwhelming, especially when combined with work and personal responsibilities. This campaign supports employees caught in the middle—offering practical ways to manage time, ask for help, and care for themselves while juggling it all. Wellthy provides guidance and hands-on help across all generations of care.
