For the caregivers who do it all

About the campaign
About the program
Caregivers give so much to the people they love. They coordinate appointments, find providers, make the calls, manage unexpected needs, support loved ones, and keep their own lives moving—all while balancing the demands of work and home. Particularly for those in the sandwich generation, that can mean caring for aging parents while raising children of their own, with little time left to focus on their own needs.
This November, in recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, Wellthy is celebrating For the Caregivers Who Do It All, a campaign designed to recognize the employees who are juggling care every day and remind them that they don’t have to figure it all out alone. Our campaign brings together practical resources, guidance, and our upcoming webinar, The Care Juggling Act: Balancing Parents, Kids, and Self-Care, to help employees navigate the many demands of caregiving while making space for themselves, too.
Use the materials below to share the campaign with your employees and remind caregivers that Wellthy is always here to help with the practical, logistical, and emotional challenges that come with caring for the people they love.

Caring for a loved one often means taking on more than anyone sees.
And your to-do list can be long: Care options to research, providers to vet, appointments to coordinate, insurance questions to untangle, paperwork to manage, and family members to keep in the loop. And while you’re taking care of someone else, it can be easy for your own needs to move to the bottom of that list.
Wellthy helps take the logistical work off your plate so you can focus on what matters most. Working one-on-one with a Care Coordinator, they can help you:
- Research and vet care options, including providers, specialists, home care, and other resources
- Navigate insurance and claims and help transfer medical records and communicate with providers
- Manage appointments, waitlists, follow-ups, and other logistics that keep care moving
- Coordinate care and day-to-day responsibilities across family members and other people in your care circle
- Find therapists, specialists, and other resources to support your own health and well-being
- Build a more sustainable approach to caregiving to help you stay ahead of challenges before they become a crisis
Whether you’re new to Wellthy or have been using your benefit for years, join our upcoming webinar, The Care Juggling Act: Balancing Parents, Kids, and Self-Care, for practical strategies to navigate the demands of caregiving while making space for yourself.
