For the third consecutive year, Wellthy has been named by Inc. Magazine to their “Inc. 5000 Regionals” list of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. The list, broken down geographically throughout the U.S., spotlights companies across health, finance, technology, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and more who’ve had exceptional growth over the last several years.
Wellthy is ranked in the top 10 of the fastest-growing health companies in the Northeast, and is No. 52 in the entire region among all companies — a reflection of Wellthy’s continued growth since 2021 as we’ve expanded to serve hundreds of companies with care concierge and backup care support, including 35+ Fortune 500s.
“The honorees on this year’s Inc. Regionals list are true trailblazers driving economic growth in their respective regions, industries, and beyond. This list celebrates their achievements and tells the stories of remarkable companies that are fueling growth and adding jobs in local economies throughout the country,” said Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc.
All told, the companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 Regionals list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries. Between 2021 and 2023, these 154 private companies had a median growth rate of 100 percent; by 2023, they’d also added 9,114 jobs and $6.7 billion to the region’s economy.
For Wellthy, it’s a continued sign that today’s workforce — and millions of families navigating care needs — continue to look for support. Today Wellthy is covering more than 4 million lives with our care offerings—and we continue to expand our caregiving concierge, backup care support, and global support.
“We all know that caregiving was a massive challenge for employees, employers, and families through COVID. For many, caregiving has gotten even harder and more complex as we navigate things like return to work, limited supply of providers, complex healthcare systems, and so much more,” said Wellthy CEO Lindsay Jurist-Rosner. “Wellthy’s mission every single day is to obsess over impact. How can we reach employees of their families, how can we deliver a service for them that helps them navigate all of their caregiving needs, and how to do we continue to scale and build a company that breaks new ground for family caregivers and that rewrites what’s possible when it comes to health, wellness, child care, and family support. Being recognized by Inc. Magazine for the third consecutive year is a major testament to this mission, as we relentlessly strive to continue expanding our scale and our reach.”
