ACCESS, CULTURE, ENGAGEMENT, AND SUPPORT AT WELLTHY
From our team to every family
At Wellthy, we're building the future we want for our own families — a future that recognizes how deeply care and shared responsibility are woven together.
Wellthy's ACES (Access, Culture, Engagement, and Support) focus reflects our commitment to inclusive communication, connectedness, and innovation. We support every family's unique care journey while amplifying a breadth of voices and perspectives within our organization.

Building a more supportive future of care, together
At the heart of Wellthy's mission lies a profound understanding: care is universal, but access to care support is not.
For Wellthy, this means recognizing and celebrating the many dimensions of human experience. Each difference enriches our understanding of today's families and strengthens our ability to serve them better. This spirit drives our ACES commitment.
A range of perspectives informs how we create and maintain systems that ensure fair access to support, resources, and opportunities for all. At Wellthy, this means fostering a culture where fairness shapes how we design and deliver care support, and how we show up for one another as colleagues and partners in our mission.
By embracing different perspectives and working tirelessly to help families overcome challenges, we create a more dynamic, innovative Wellthy—where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to bring their full self to this important work.

Mission, vision, and impact
Wellthy's ACES commitment goes beyond words into meaningful action. We help implement and track progress on initiatives that strengthen access, culture, engagement, and support—fostering open communication, trust, and accountability. Through this work, we aim to bridge gaps and ensure every voice can be heard and find a place to belong.
Three key pillars guide our focus:
Inclusive healthcare experience
We're committed to enhancing the accessibility and inclusivity of Wellthy's platform and services. This includes developing programs that bring varied perspectives into our work, improving platform accessibility for all users, and ensuring our external communications reflect our commitment to serving every family's unique needs.
Attract and retain the best team
Building a welcoming workplace starts with how we bring people in and support their growth. We're developing comprehensive training programs, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement in ACES initiatives, and implementing tools to measure our progress toward equity goals.
One unified Wellthy team
We believe in the power of connection and community. Through regular roundtable discussions, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach, we're creating spaces for authentic engagement and learning. These efforts champion underrepresented voices while strengthening our internal culture of belonging.
Building community, growing together
Our employee-led affinity groups create spaces where team members can connect, grow, and drive meaningful change. These vibrant communities foster belonging, support professional development, and help shape a Wellthy culture where everyone can thrive.
